This class offers your child an exciting time to practice all four Olympic events as well as training on our Tumble Trak, tampoline and giant foam pit. Your Gym Star will have a blast improving their strength, flexibility, confidence and self-esteem through the practice gymnastics.

Skills necessary for this class include: forward roll, backward roll, handstand, and cartwheel.

This class is for those gymnasts who LOVE being in the gym! Your gymnast will receive detailed instruction on each of the four Olympic events as well as the use of our Tumble Trak, trampoline and giant foam pit. Our older gymnasts enjoy the time spent practicing new skills and spending time with good friends. Gymnasts participating in two or more Bright Starz classes per week will have the option of competing in USAIGC competitions.
